Delivery calculation
Enter your delivery postcode at checkout so the delivery area can be calculated automatically. Orders of £1,000 or more including VAT within 200 miles receive free delivery within 5 working days. Lower orders within 200 miles are charged £60 including VAT per order. Addresses beyond 200 miles require an emailed delivery quote.
Access and receipt
Heavy or crated stone deliveries may require suitable access and assistance at the delivery address. Product-specific delivery requirements will be confirmed before dispatch.
Returns
The final policy will define cancellation and return rights for catalogue products. Nothing in the final policy will limit statutory consumer rights.
Damage reporting
A documented inspection and reporting window, evidence requirements and resolution process will be added before launch.
