Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to requests and take steps toward a potential contract. Order information is used to fulfil purchases and meet accounting obligations. Trade-partnership information is handled for legitimate business development purposes.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not currently use analytics or marketing tracking. The cart uses browser storage on your device to retain products you choose between pages and visits; this is necessary to provide the requested basket journey. Operator authentication uses security technology on protected admin routes. This position must be revisited before introducing any analytics, advertising or session-replay service.
Retention and individual rights
Enquiries marked as lost are automatically removed after 24 months. Other erasure requests are handled through a documented manual process. Final retention periods, controller contact details, processor disclosures and complete UK data-rights wording require professional approval before launch.
